SALIAHARA – Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with SALIAHARA Ltd. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy:
1. Return Policy
- No Returns on Fur or Custom-Made Items and Cashmere Cardigans: Please note that due to the nature of fur and the fact that some items are custom-made, we do not accept returns on any fur products or custom pieces and Cashmere Cardigans. All sales for these items are final.
- Any Items placed with Discount Codes are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges either.
- We do not accept refunds/returns on our Limited Edition pieces, such as the Riviera Dress and Palm Springs Cardigan. Should you require an exchange for sizing, please reach out to our customer service who will be more than happy to assist.
2. Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or another piece from our collection, we are happy to accommodate. However, please keep in mind:
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached.
- The item must be returned in new and unused condition (no signs of wear, no odours, or marks).
3. How to Initiate an Exchange
If you wish to request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@saliahara.com You’ll receive instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
4. Important Notes
- We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any items that do not meet these criteria.
- We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing.
